Ryan McDonagh won’t be available for the Rangers Monday against the Devils.

Rangers captain Ryan McDonagh will be out of Monday night’s game against the New Jersey Devils at the Garden due to a concussion suffered on Saturday in Philadelphia, the team announced on its Twitter account in the morning.

McDonagh was concussed on a sucker-punch Saturday in Philadelphia by Flyers forward Wayne Simmonds, who was ejected from the game but was not fined or suspended and played in Sunday afternoon’s 3-2 loss in Washington to the Capitals.
