Clippers point guard Chris Paul sent Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova sprawling to the hardwood Thursday night with a mind-blowing step back dribble with his right hand.

The only problem was Paul forgot how to shoot after the ankle-shattering move. He lofted up a pathetic brick that barely nicked the side of the rim, and the Clippers came up empty on the play.

Chris Paul cruelly crossed up Matthew Dellavedova in Thursday night’s Clippers loss to the Cavaliers.

Though Dellavedova was a seated spectator to the shot, he did manage to get up and corral the rebound.

At least he recorded a stat on the embarrassing play.

Paul finished an impressive night with 30 points and nine assists, but his step back was about the only highlight for the Clippers. They were no match for the Cavaliers on their home court in a 115-102 loss.
