Jay Bromley told his followers on Facebook to “stay down,” in the first post on his profile since being accused of attempted rape.

Giants defensive tackle Jay Bromley told his friends to “stay down” Tuesday in his first Facebook post since being accused of attempted rape by a woman who authorities said tried to extort actor Taye Diggs last year.

Bromley, who was not arrested in the case that unfolded Saturday and subsequently unraveled, posted the phrase urging strength and an image of a flexed bicep just after 7:40 p.m. Tuesday.

On Saturday, the 26-year-old accuser told cops that Bromley tried to rape her at the Hyatt Herald Square Hotel that morning, after the two arranged to meet via Instagram, according to police sources.

When Bromley tried to leave, the woman latched onto the car’s hood but was hurled off as he sped away, the sources said.

Bromley’s manager, Keko Payne, said on Sunday the salacious allegation was “absolutely not” true.

The same accuser named Diggs in an explicit post on her Instagram account in June, threatening to release a seven-part sex tape and writing, “I have footage of u on all kinda drugs.”

By 9 p.m. Tuesday, a half-dozen people had posted messages of support in response to his message.

“Keep your head up! You got the best nation behind you #GiantsNation,” wrote one Facebook pal.
