D’Angelo Russell might be “sorry” for secretly videotaping Nick Young, but that doesn’t mean Lakers fans — or his teammates — forgive him.

When the rookie was introduced before the Lakers’ 102-100 overtime win over the Heat, the Staples Center crowd booed him. And whenever Russell touched the ball, they booed some more.

Some fans even yelled “traitor” and “snitch.”

“I reached out to [Young], let him know my apologies,” Russell said. “I don’t know if they were accepted. I wouldn’t blame him.”

There’s reportedly been increased tension on the awful Lakers after the video leak, with the rookie being ostracized by teammates. Members of the Lakers refused to sit Russell during a recent breakfast meeting, according to ESPN.com, and a source added that the situation is “about as bad as it can get.”

The Lakers are 16-59 and Russell will have to face the home crowd again when Los Angeles takes on Boston Sunday night.
