Turning golf into a hoops challenge has become something of a phenomenon recently, after golfer Matt Kuchar raised $10,000 for charity by hitting two half-court pitch shots at a Miami Heat game.

The “How Ridiculous” YouTube team tried its hand at hoops golf.

The “How Ridiculous” YouTube team followed Kuchar’s lead and attempted to drain shots with their pitching wedges, but it admittedly took them a lot longer than the professional golfer.

Golf balls were scattered across the driving range before one of them finally found the bottom of the net, although quite a few shots came close. Maybe these guys can use the darkness as an excuse.
