Crooks swiped a bat and a baseball signed by Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio from Ripley’s Believe It Not in Times Square, and replaced them with excellent fakes, according to cops.

Police were called to the W. 42nd St. museum about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Staffers told them that the bat, the ball, and another ball, signed by hitting great Ted Williams, had been stolen and switched for forgeries.

In an adjoining room, two human shrunken heads were also missing.

There were no arrests and police are investigating.

A Ripley’s official could not be immediately reached for comment.
