SCOOP6 punters will on Saturday take a shot at a potential £2.25 million windfall, courtesy of a life-changing bonus fund which has gone unclaimed since July last year.

The bet is made up of four races at Ayr, including the Coral Scottish Grand National, and one each at Bangor and Thirsk, and the amounts in the win and bonus pots are certain to stimulate plenty of interest.

Totepool spokesman Andrew Griffiths said: “The bonus fund has been nine months in the making and with over £1.3m already in the coffers it offers a huge carrot for Scoop6 players this weekend.

“If turnover is in line with our expectations, the win pool will top £800,000, which is a handsome reward for picking six winners.”

Saturday’s totejackpot will operate across the first six races at Ayr, while the Scottish National has been selected as the totetrifecta rollover race.
