Russia track and field is banned from competing in this summer’s Olympics but that has not stopped them from continuing to allegedly violate anti-doping rules.

The World Anti-Doping Agency on Monday expressed dismay over new allegations that Russia’s track and field program has continued to violate anti-doping rules, even after the Russian track and field team had been banned from competing in this summer’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro because ontinued violations.

“At a time when trust in sport is wafer thin, these troubling assertions will do little to reinforce confidence in the Russian anti-doping system when clean athletes need it most,” said WADA president Craig Reedie in a statement. “The allegations suggest that there is still much, much work to be done in Russia; and, that we will need the full and unwavering cooperation of the Russian authorities to reverse the damage.”

In the past year, German broadcaster ARD has produced a series of devastating reports on corruption in Russia’s anti-doping programs. The latest ARD report alleged on Sunday that Russian officials warned athletes of upcoming tests, and that a coach sanctioned for anti-doping offenses was still working with athletes despite reform promises from Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Last month, the former executive director of Russia’s now-suspended anti-doping agency, Nikita Kamayev, died suddenly of a reported heart attack. His death came less than two weeks after that of another former senior official at the organization, Vyacheslav Sinev.
