Jury selection is complete in the civil trial of Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall, who is accused of assault from a 2012 incident outside of a Manhattan nightclub.

The plaintiff, Christin Myles, is seeking at least $75,000 in damages.

Myles claims that Marshall slugged her outside of the Marquee nightclub in March of 2012. Police declined to criminally charge Marshall after an investigation of the alleged altercation.

Marshall, joined by wife Michi Nogami-Marshall (l.), is battling the suit after allegedly punching a woman outside a nightclub in 2012.

Marshall, wearing a pinstripe suit, was present in the Manhattan courtroom Tuesday morning for the start of the civil trial in front of Judge George Daniels in Manhattan Federal Court.

Three of the 18 potential jurors recognized Marshall and all three were excused. The two sides settled on a jury of nine women and three men.

Former Jaguars wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker and Marshall’s wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall, are on the witness list.

The judge indicated that punitive damages are a possibility in the case.

Marshall’s attorney, Harvey Steinberg, declined to comment. Opening statements are expected in the afternoon.

The wide receiver will head from court to the New York Athletic Club later Tuesday, where he is slated to win a humanitarian award for his work with his foundation, Project 375.

Marshall was calm and affable during the lunch break in his case. He declined to comment on the case.

Marshall was on the Dolphins at the time of the alleged incident, though he was traded to the Bears a few days later. Chicago dealt him to the Jets last offseason.

Marshall boasted outstanding numbers in his first season with Gang Green – catching 109 passes for 1,502 yards and 14 touchdowns. He was named the Jets team MVP and was also named to his sixth Pro Bowl.
