LINGFIELD’S jumps meeting on Monday has been abandoned as the course is waterlogged, but it has been replaced by a Flat fixture on the all-weather track.

The BHA on Friday revealed a replacement Flat card had been programmed and that has now been activated after officials found the turf course unfit for racing on Saturday morning.

Entries for the new meeting, which will run in the original slots from 2.20 to 5.05 on Monday, are due by noon on Saturday, while declarations will be made on Sunday morning.

Carlisle is set to stage a jumps card on Monday, but has to pass an inspection at 8am on Sunday, while Ffos Las checks at 7.30am on Sunday for racing that afternoon.
